It can be optionally equipped with different models of ultrafast lasers, micro-nano precision electric displacement stages, and various types of laser focusing heads. The system adopts a granite base and gantry frame, featuring a compact structure, as well as industrial-grade high stability and reliability. It incorporates a closed optical path transmission, adjustment, and imaging system, including beam shaping, power monitoring, coaxial illumination, and vision modules.
